I bought the deck but my cards are locked

Open the app, go to more, and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so use the same one you bought with.

I changed phone. Do I keep my words?

Your purchase comes with you — restore it as above. Your progress is stored on the device itself, so mastered cards do not transfer.

Is this Spain Spanish or Latin American Spanish?

Spain. Every word, pronunciation and example is Castilian, the Spanish spoken in Spain.

A card seems wrong

Tell us which word and what looks off. Cards get updated, and corrections arrive with the next app update.
